What we collect and why
When you email us. We keep your name, email address and what you tell us, so we can reply and manage the conversation. We do this because it is in our legitimate interests to respond to enquiries.

When you register your interest in a session. We ask for your name, email address, company and role. We use these to let you know when tickets for the session go live and to understand who is interested. We do this because you asked us to.
If you tick the optional box. If you tell us you would like to hear about other upcoming sibling studio events and sessions, we will email you about them. We rely on your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.
When you subscribe to our Substack. Substack collects your email address so you receive our newsletter. Substack’s own privacy policy applies to how it handles that data.

Who handles your data

They process data on our behalf, or in Substack’s case in its own right. Some store data outside the UK, and where they do they rely on approved safeguards. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist and mailing list details for up to two years, or until you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. We keep ticket and booking records for as long as we need them for accounting and legal purposes. We keep email correspondence for as long as it is useful and review it periodically.

You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. You can withdraw consent to marketing at any time using the unsubscribe link in an email or by emailing hello@sibling.studio.
